Design services
We partner with homeowners who are seeking a thoughtful, cohesive vision for their home. Whether you’re furnishing a single room, renovating an older home, or building from the ground up, our role is to guide the design process from concept through completion.
Based in Fort Worth, Texas, we primarily work with clients throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth area, while also offering virtual design services for homeowners across the United States. Whether in person or remotely, our process is designed to deliver a thoughtful, well-executed design experience tailored to each project.
Renovations
Our renovation services guide you through every design decision, from space planning and material selections to custom details and final finishes. We create thoughtful, cohesive interiors that balance beauty, function, and the character of your home while collaborating with your contractor and trades throughout the renovation process.
New Construction
Our new construction services provide comprehensive design guidance from the earliest architectural plans through material selections, custom details, and final finishes. We work closely with your builder and trades throughout the process to create a cohesive, thoughtfully designed home where every detail feels intentional from the start.
Furnishings
Our furnishings services bring a home together through thoughtfully selected furniture, lighting, textiles, art, and accessories. Each piece is carefully considered to create a layered, cohesive space that feels collected, personal, and beautifully suited to the way you live.
the Process
phase one
Research & Discovery
We begin by getting to know you, your home, and the way you live while defining the vision and priorities for your project. We gather inspiration, explore possibilities, and establish the overall aesthetic and functional direction. This thoughtful foundation ensures every design decision that follows feels intentional, cohesive, and uniquely suited to you.
phase two
Design Development
During design development, the vision begins to take shape as we refine layouts, select materials, and develop the details that define your space. We thoughtfully consider finishes, fixtures, furnishings, and custom elements to ensure every selection works together seamlessly. This phase transforms the initial concept into a cohesive, well-developed design ready to move toward implementation.
phase three
Selections & Procurement
With the design direction established, we source and finalize the furnishings, fixtures, materials, and finishing details that bring the vision to life. Each selection is thoughtfully considered for its quality, function, scale, and relationship to the overall design. We then coordinate purchasing and procurement, ensuring every detail is accounted for as the project moves toward completion.
phase four
Installation & Completion
This final phase is where the design comes together as selections are installed, furnishings are placed, and each space begins to feel complete. We oversee the finishing details, styling, and final touches to ensure the original vision is carried through with intention. The result is a thoughtfully finished home that feels cohesive, layered, and ready to be lived in.
INVESTMENT
Full-scale design engagements begin with an 8-hour design retainer, which serves as the foundation for our work together. This initial phase allows us to understand your home, establish project priorities, and begin developing a clear design direction.
Following an Initial Consultation, a customized Scope of Work is prepared based on your project’s goals, priorities, and anticipated level of involvement, ensuring a tailored approach from the very beginning.
