Please complete our 4 step process:
PURCHASE your DESIGN PACKAGE
In order to move forward with the project, please be sure to pay your invoice for the design package you have chosen. In some cases this package may be a custom package.
You will find your invoice link to pay online via our payment processor in our welcome email.
Complete ONboarding Form
In order to have a more productive launch meeting, please complete the Onboarding Form as best as you can. If you don’t have all the answers right now, we can always talk through these points during our kick-off call.
SCHEDULE KICK-OFF MEETING
The Project Kick-off Call is intended to cover things like your general & functional needs for the space, the homeowner’s overall style & aesthetic, budget, timeline and lifestyle. Most kick-off calls will last a minimum of 1 hour.
INSPIRATION & Documents
Do you have inspiration links or design documents you would like to share with us? If so, email them as soon as you’re able so we can complete the discovery phase in a timely manner.
If you don’t have inspiration photos yet, we recommend starting with Pinterest. It’s an easy, fast and free way to compile inspiration during these initial phases.

Our Process
What sets us apart from others, aside from our unique design aesthetic, is our internal process. Everything is documented openly in Google Drive and shared with you at all times. Organized within Google Drive, you’ll have access to a personalized client dashboard, project design docs, your living scope of work, ongoing project notes, invoices and much more.
