
Back in the day, I loved eating sugary cereals, frozen waffles, or other nutrient-deficient breakfasts during the week. It wasn’t until I changed my diet that I had to change my breakfast routine as well.
It took me a few months to figure out my morning routine, but after testing out different healthy breakfast options, I ultimately came up with a favorite. I literally eat the same thing for breakfast every week-day, and I love it! I might mix it up every now and then, but for the most part, this is my go-to 99% of the time.



Banana Rolled Oats Recipe
- 1 cup water, boiling
- 1/2 cup gluten-free rolled-oats (Bob’s Red Mill is my favorite)
- 1 semi-ripe banana
- 2 tablespoons digestive seed blend (this one right here is my absolute favorite!)
